If you want your car worked on once and only once this is your go-to. They guarantee and stand behind their work. They're proud of it, but that's not why I'm giving 5 stars. I'm giving 5 stars because they saved my car today. I had gotten some work done at another shop and it was shotty, to put it politely. These guys saw I was in trouble and helped me get on the road again. You never realize how important the people/resturants/shops you know are untill you really need them. Businesses like this one rely on positive reviews. This is their lively hood just like my car is my lively hood. That's why I'm giving 5 stars. Thanks, Rob and co.

I love Silas Deane Auto... I won't take my cars anywhere else. Shaun is an excellent mechanic and let's me know of other issues without trying to sell me the house... 😄

As always Shawn took good car of my Truck. And on a Saturday when they work a shorter day. SDA is the very BEST place to get service on your car or truck. I don't go anywhere else for service.

Always provide fair, prompt, friendly and accurate service with an explanation. I trust both Rob and Shawn to provide service on both of my vehicles. I'm glad I found them!

Outstanding service when ever I go there. Prices are great, there is no high pressure to get work done, they just make suggestions and then let you decide! Rob spent time while I was waiting to give me options on a 4 tire purchase and also let me know of work that should be…

The appointments are on time and they accommodate my schedule. Comfortable waiting room. Good communication about progress on the work.
