I'm giving 5 stars because they saved my car today. I had gotten some work done at another shop and it was shotty, to put it politely. These guys saw I was in trouble and helped me get on the road again. You never realize how important the people/resturants/shops you know are untill you really need them. I Just recently sent my 2006 Jeep Liberty. In for brakes upon investigation they did the front and rear brakes. As well as my timing belt and a wheel bearing. I have had my fair share of horrible experiences from major repair shops like Meineke and Pep Boys. Nothing beats the service from people who care about their customers. I came here today without an appointment and in need of a complete front brake replacement. They accommodated me and went out of their way to get the wifi going for me! But it wasn't just me they were gracious with... I watched them (Rob) deal with an older lady who was very needy and wanted an explanation of everything they were doing step by step. She was rude to them and got angry and very confused easily, yet they showed great restraint and patience with her. He even brought the piece out to her so she could have a visual display of exactly what he was talking about. Most people don't have patience like that and they handled her superbly. I highly recommend this place and will continue to go back in the future for the outstanding service I received. Braedon R.

New in the area and Internet search provided me with reviews on local auto garages. I saw the great reviews on SD Auto and made arrangements to bring car in for repairs. I must agree wholeheartedly with the reviews in saying that Rob and his team were excellent all around. Rob was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. No waiting for repairs, no waiting for a phone call. He promptly let us know what was wrong and needed in a very clear and descriptive manner along with saving us money. I brought my car in to have the air conditioning evacuated and recharged. I made an appointment for 0730 and was out by 0820. Excellent customer service by Shaun that day. Let me state that I'm an old car guy who can no longer handle certain repairs. What's important to me is a trustworthy shop looking to create long term customers. This shop is honest when it comes to diagnosing the job with its associated costs. The original estimate was around $160 and the actual job came in at $140. When people ask me for repair advice I will point them to Shaun and Rob. Mitch V.
