I have had my fair share of horrible experiences from major repair shops like Meineke and Pep Boys. Nothing beats the service from people who care about their customers. I came here today without an appointment and in need of a complete front brake replacement. They accommodated me and went out of their way to get the wifi going for me! But it wasn't just me they were gracious with... I watched them (Rob) deal with an older lady who was very needy and wanted an explanation of everything they were doing step by step. She was rude to them and got angry and very confused easily, yet they showed great restraint and patience with her. He even brought the piece out to her so she could have a visual display of exactly what he was talking about. Most people don't have patience like that and they handled her superbly. I highly recommend this place and will continue to go back in the future for the outstanding service I received.

As always Shawn took good car of my Truck. And on a Saturday when they work a shorter day. SDA is the very BEST place to get service on your car or truck. I don't go anywhere else for service.

I give 5* as always because their work is top notch, they are fairly priced, and I never feel as if I am being pressured or taken advantage of
