Can always fit me in, do the job correctly the first time, charge a fair price

I went to many Dealerships, looking for a good used vehicle. I left all of them in disgust, because of hidden charges, slimy old-school Used Car sales tactics. I met James, and was instantly impressed by his no pressure service. waiting room was clean and comfortable. All prices clearly stated. he totally worked with me and was friendly and professional. As always Shawn took good car of my Truck. And on a Saturday when they work a shorter day. SDA is the very BEST place to get service on your car or truck. I don't go anywhere else for service.

If you want your car worked on once and only once this is your go-to. They guarantee and stand behind their work. They're proud of it, but that's not why I'm giving 5 stars. I'm giving 5 stars because they saved my car today. I had gotten some work done at another shop and it was shotty, to put it politely. These guys saw I was in trouble and helped me get on the road again. You never realize how important the people/resturants/shops you know are untill you really need them. Businesses like this one rely on positive reviews. This is their lively hood just like my car is my lively hood to me. That's why I'm giving 5 stars. Thanks, Rob and co.

Back in August of this year I brought my sons Nissan pickup truck to Silas Deane Auto when my regular mechanic was away on vacation. The back wheel was leaking grease and I suspected it was a wheel or axle seal/ bearing. Sean quickly diagnosed that problem and identified many other serious conditions on the truck that needed immediate repair. A week or two later my son took that truck on a cross country adventure in which he logged over 16,000 miles on it. Other than getting the oil changed twice along the way, he didn't have ANY mechanical issues with the truck. Since then I've had Sean and Rob do the brakes on my wife's car and will soon be bringing my own truck to them for brakes. Their prices are reasonable, their work is professional & reliable and most of all, they are trustworthy which is a quality that is sometimes difficult to find in their field. I'd give them 10 stars if Yelp would allow.

I Just recently sent my 2006 Jeep Liberty. In for brakes upon investigation they did the front and rear brakes. As well as my timing belt and a wheel bearing. My family always sends a car there: the staff is friendly and I can GUARANTEE MY NEXT MAJOR REPAIR WILL BE DONE BY THEM. Rob is a upstanding gentleman who I trust in the industry!
